Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 (seven) days from delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Returning after 7 days will be 15% re-stocking fee.

 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping 

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items to ensure that we receive your return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancelation
We accept cancelation before shipping the order. All order placed before 1pm Pacific time will be shipped the same day.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
